Capitariomx Educación Financiera, S.A. de C.V. (hereinafter, "Capitariomx"), with registered address at Av. Paseo de la Reforma 296, floor 12, Col. Juárez, Cuauhtémoc, 06600 Mexico City, is responsible for the processing of your personal data in accordance with the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP).

2. Data we collect

We collect: (i) name and email address provided in the newsletter subscription form; (ii) technical browsing data (IP address, device type, pages visited) through cookies; (iii) any information voluntarily provided when contacting us.

3. Purposes of processing

We use your data to: (a) send you the educational newsletter you subscribed to; (b) improve the quality of our content and website; (c) comply with applicable legal obligations. We do not sell or market your personal data.

4. Data transfer

We may transfer data to technology providers that offer email delivery and analytics services, who act as data processors under contractual confidentiality and security obligations.

5. ARCO rights

You may exercise your rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Opposition, as well as revoke your consent, by writing to privacidad@capitariomx.com. We will address your request within a maximum of twenty business days under the LFPDPPP.

6. Retention

We will keep your data for as long as your subscription lasts and for the time necessary to comply with legal obligations. Afterwards, we will proceed with its secure deletion.

7. Changes to the notice

This notice may be updated. We will publish the current version on this page, indicating the date of the last update.
